The children love playing musical line. The materials for musical line are two jump ropes and music. The two jump ropes are parallel to each other and over 10 feet long. How to play: one child is "it" and all the other children are behind one of the ropes. The "it" child stands in the middle of the two ropes. When the music is playing, the kids walk back and forth from one rope to the next. The "it" child can also walk around, but they are not able to tag anyone. When the music stops, all children need to be behind either rope without getting tagged by the "it" child. If you get tagged, you are out. Last child left in the game is it. Enjoy playing this with your children.
