Children must reside in the Bethlehem Central School District to participate
in programs. Before and After School Programs can accommodate children
on a full-time (3-5 days) or part-time basis (1-2 days) per week. School’s
Out, Inc. cares for children in grades kindergarten through fifth. Only enrollment
of 3-5 days will be allowed in the elementary schools. If you choose to change
from 3-5 day enrollment to a 1-2 day enrollment, your child must be transferred
to an overflow site or pay the 5 day rate.
School’s Out, Inc. is not licensed for drop-in care. School’s Out, Inc. cannot
allow children to use a program (morning or afternoon) in which they are not
enrolled in on a consistent basis. A limit of 3 times use for additional days
not normally scheduled is permitted during the school year if space is available.

aide in the classroom, parents must provide an aide for safe participation in
the Before/After School and Vacation Care Programs. School’s Out, Inc. will
make every effort to accommodate every child. Please make a note on the
