All Sites open at 7:30 am to 9:15 am.

The Before and After School Program is located in the cafeteria of the Eagle, Elsmere, Glenmont, Hamagrael and Slingerlands Elementary School and the School's Out Storefront located at 239 Delaware Ave., Delmar. The morning program operates for 7:30 am to 9:15 am. The after school program operates from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Private School children are enrolled at the School's Out Storefront. Parents of Private School children and Special Needs children arriving from other District Schools (BOCES) must inform the school and the bus transporting your child that your child cannot be dropped off until 3:00 pm at the start of the program. Staff do not report until 3:00 pm.
